Base is a moss green velour with beige ruched sides. Side front holds a unique rhinestone ornament. Interior is finished with a green grosgrain ribbon. Label is Lazarus which is a store label. It is tagged a size 22. Inner circumference is 21 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 16 inches. There is some fabric damage which you can see in the photographs.
