80’s Does 40’s Collared Purple Plaid Dress by Miss Dorby from JCPenney vintage plant with a velvet band and1980s does 1940s vintage dress. Royal purple and black plaid with velvet collar and decorative buttons at the front. It is a "faux" two piece; it has the look of a skirt and jacket set, but it's one piece. Zips up at the back and has ties at the waist to cinch. Label is Miss Dorby from JCPenney. Fabric is 65% polyester, 35% rayon. In pristine condition still with tags. Size on tag is 12. It would fit M L best. Measurements (Laid flat and doubled)
