Ring comes in 925 sterling silver or rose gold plated 925 sterling silver. Stones shown are dyed cubic zirconia and can be changed out to match any birthstone. This ring is adjustable only. Turnaround time is 3 4 weeks. This ring could also be made containing breastmilk, stones could be switched, both spaces could be cremation or breastmilk
