Basileus Clare Valley Riesling oloroso Fruit from ParkburnVineyard clone AbleBrilliant water like colour with a greenish tinge to the outskirts. Pronounced lemon and lime aromas jump out of the glass followed by some orange rind, chalky talc and steely mineral notes. Searingly crisp acidity underpins lime and lemon fruits with some orange rind, wet steel and flinty mineral elements lingering through the finish which is dry, zesty and long.
