Wood Park ‘Whitlands’ Pinot Gris Size::1 Bottle Glenguin Vineyard was first plantedThis is an intense full flavoured palate with apple, citrus and honey . The finish is long and lingering. Gris means grey in French indicating that these grapes have a pink hue. The grapes are whole bunch pressed very gently to avoid picking up colour and any bitterness. The juice is fermented to dryness in a stainless steel tank and then bottled soon after it finishes settling.
