Grange Tiphaine, Touraine Clef De Sol Rouge, 2023 Reorder A French aperitif with aromasCoralie and Damien Delecheneau named this cuvee for the treble clef 'Clef de Sol' a nod to the musical streak that runs through the couple who farm this Loire estate biodynamically. It is a Touraine red built on two of the region's classic grapes, Cabernet Franc and Cot (Malbec), grown on old vines rooted in limestone and vinified with native yeasts in concrete, then left alone in old barrels. The result is precise and structured, with floral lift,
