Everything is hand harested from the best Alto Piemonte plots, and to preserve as much freshness and fruit purity as possible, fermentation is in a combination of steel barrels (90%) and used barrique barrels (10%). The result is a boldly unique rosato, very gastronomic and versatile, and the rare ros that can be aged, for up to 5 years.
