About the Author: Yoshiaki Fujiwara, born April 27, 1949, is a Japanese professional wrestler, trainer, and promoter. As the first graduate of the New Japan Pro Wrestling dojo under Karl Gotch, he debuted in 1972 and later served as Antonio Inokis bodyguard. He pioneered shoot style wrestling, co founded UWF, and then Pro Wrestling Fujiwara Gumi. Fujiwara trained key MMA pioneers
