Several decades were necessary to polish such a jewel. First in casks, then in dame Jeanne, the eaux de vie of this cognac has remained hidden in the darkness of the cellar. Tasting Notes: The nose is powerful, and voluptuous, marked by aromas of Catalan cream, ripe stone fruit, beeswax and licorice. On the palate, there is a remarkably
