Genot-Boulanger, Pommard Les Cras, 2020 Cyber Auto Hidden A concrete-aged Northwest bistro redGenot Boulanger is an under the radar Burgundy domaine that helps keep good wine flowing at fair prices, and this Pommard comes from Les Cras, the rockier site at the bottom of the slope. The name Cras traces to coteau pierreux, or stony hillside, and that stony soil gives the wine cut and definition. Based in Meursault with holdings across the Cote d'Or, the domaine makes serious, terroir true reds as well as whites. Pommard is classically
