The grassy vineyards lie on gentle hillslopes 300 metres above sea level which are particularly well ventilated and characterised by clayey soils. The vineyard is located in the area of the estate most exposed to winds, so as to keep cryptograms in check naturally. Winemaking: The grapes are destemmed and
