This is the sett that appears in the Vestiarium Scoticum as MacIntosh (Vestiarium Scotorum (1842) 87

Alison Stewart of the Scottish Tartans Information Centre [Scottish Tartans Society] in July 1964 notes that this sett was first found in the lists of Johnston & Ross about 1930

1969 with Cdr Alan L Bean

which was burned down by the Maxwells in 1593
