Vasse Felix Single Plot DHJ1 Chardonnay 2022 coriander The bouquet is pure andJust the second release of this wine which is sourced from a tiny single plot in the Wallcliffe subregion. Has highly floral scents merging with a subtle chalk dustiness. The palate is distinctive and individual. The slightly saline oyster shell character cuts a taut line through the palate extending through to a very long finish. There fine acidity is a feature contributing to its crystalline purity. Only older oak has been used and it all went
