Grown on limestone marl soils just outside Arbois, this plot yields a lighter, finer expression of Juras earthy red grape. The 2023 vintage was farmed organically and fermented naturally, as always with Gahier. The wine is aged in old oak barrels and bottled unfined, unfiltered, with minimal sulfur. This is Jura winemaking at its most
