Schieferkopf ‘Lieu-dit-Buehl’ 2017 waitaki So naturally generousAfter vinification in traditional Alsatian barrels and an levage (with malolactic fermentation) in barrels, this wine has a lovely golden colour, with complex notes of exotic fruits, pineapple, mango, minerals and white flowers. Its powerful texture lends the wine a long finish, at once saline and pleasantly sour.
