Jampal is one of the rarest white grapes in the world fewer than three hectares planted globally and this wine is one of the very few that takes it seriously. Ls a Ls, working with the Quinta das Mars estate in Alenquer (Lisboa region), bottles Jampal blended with another native white, Vital, both organically farmed. The fermentation is wild, with 30% raised in used 228L barrels for six months then
