Olivier Leflaive, Oncle Vincent, 2024 wholesale-only Domaine Poisot traces its Romanee-Saint-VivantA Bourgogne Blanc drawn from eight parcels of old Chardonnay vines, all of them on Puligny Montrachet terroir, planted in calcareous clay and silty clay. It is named for Vincent Leflaive, Olivier's uncle, who built Domaine Leflaive's reputation and died in 1993. The grapes are hand picked and whole cluster pressed, both fermentations happen in oak, and the wine spends 15 months in cellar, five of them in stainless steel and the rest in barrel with 15%
