It is designed to be used in conjunction with a concave stake particularly the Fretz M 122 Shallow Concave Stake or the M 123 Minimal Concave Stake by applying the hammer to the outside of the metal and forcing it onto the stake or form. The two wide curved faces produce a subtle oblong texture, and the broad working surfaces
