Crude Toasted Sesame "Apothecary" Bitters Giffard Pineapple Liqueur slowly waving goodbye and/or beckoningA well balanced nutty flavor using white and black sesame seeds. This Apothecary series is a limited release. Each batch uses 10lbs of toasted sesame sesame seeds to bring a rich and nutty flavor to each drink. Fenugreek and maple are used to compliment the nutty flavor by adding a deep maple caramel note to the sesame. Excellent in whiskey and amaro cocktails, add complexity to rums and tequilas. Lovely in a daiquiri.
