Black Estate Riesling "Damsteep" 2017 London Translates to "valley of the100% Riesling (2. 2 hectare vineyard, planted in 1999) Certified organic (BioGro) with biodynamic practices Winemaker: Nicholas Brown 85% foot crushed with 4 18 hour skin contact. Pressed to stainless steel tanks and 15% neutral barrel. Fermented with a natural yeast starter propagated from the vineyard site. Aged 9 months on lees before bottling.
