Crafted with wide panels of navy blue cellophane fabric. High crown with a deep upturned brim. All set on a dark navy blue velvet band. Interior is a stiff net base with a grosgrain ribbon band. Label is Reggi of Wilshire. Excellent condition with no issues. Inner circumference is 21 inches. Brim extends 4 inches in the front and crown rises 4 inches.
